"My wife and I were referred to S.T. Construction by

individuals in our neighborhood during the freeze

of 2021. Our house was damaged by broken water

pipes and house was completely destroyed. Stacy

came to our home and immediately had a crew start

tearing out all water damage. We also contacted

our insurance adjuster and Stacy met with him also.

We always had communication with their office

everyday during all repairs for a total of 3 - 4 months.

Home was completed and we moved back in.

On several other occasions, my wife and I have used

S.T. Construction for odds and ends for our

house. We will definitely use S.T. Construction in the

future if needed. Stacy and his employees are

like family to us now and welcome anytime at our

"Sandtech construction has done work for me for

over thirty years. They have completely remodeled

two houses for me. They did an amazing job on both

projects and have been amazing in their follow

through even after the big projects were finished.

Over the years they have done plumbing, drainage,

roofing electrical foundation. You name it They fix

it. I have never worked with a better company.

Their work is meticulous and their crew is wonderful.

I've never given anyone a key to my house but

Sandtech has one. I know I can trust them and feel

safe with them in the house. My house flooded

and Stacey came over in a hurricane brought pumps

and helped me save it. My college age daughter

was house sitting while I was out of town and a pipe

broke in the ceiling. Stacey was there in 20

minutes Got everything under control and then

replaced all the old pipes in house. Stacey Schaaf is

one of the finest men I know. He's honest,

trustworthy and is an outstanding contractor.He can

and will figure out a way to fix anything. He has

always been more than fair in his prices and I

honestly feel I should have paid him more.

"We hired sandtech to do work at my 90+ year old father's home. We had used them previously for foundation repairs. This time we had water pipes replaced throughout the house.

Everything seemed great but after sheetrock repairs following the water pipe installation (sandtech GC'd all), the sink was clogged. Sandtech sent plumber to unclog and they didn't get it unclogged.

I called again a few times but they came back and never made it right . Disappointing,. Shame on us for paying beforehand. Sad for my Dad cause it was a big expense!

This company has come through and fixed the issue...my faith is restored and

i really appreciate the response and help. I would recommend ST Construction without hesitation"

"After many years of putting off some much needed foundation work, and after seeking estimates from 3 different companies, we chose to hire Sandtech for our foundation repair. The bid was right in the middle of the others we received, but the detailed measurements, explanation of the work to be done, and the thorough inspection of the house was far superior. The scheduling was a bit of a challenge at first because they were backlogged with plumbing jobs after winter storm URI but they managed to get us on within a few weeks from the time we contacted them. The team assigned to our project was awesome! They were at our house ready to go before 8am every day and they worked incredibly hard and very quickly to get things done. Since our house was sinking in the middle, we required both interior and exterior piers (about 23 total). Throughout the process they kept us informed, showed us what they were finding (we had some huge roots under our house!) and left the work site super clean at the end of each day. We were able to stand in the house while they lifted it and we could literally see the cracks in the walls fuse back together..."

"I had another plumbing company out who performed a static and isolation test and found that I had a leak in my sewer line under my house which would require about 20 feet of tunneling to fix. I asked for some repair company recommendations from an engineer. He recommended SandTech. I got a total of 4 quotes for the repair, and SandTech was right in the ballpark with the other quotes. SandTech was the only company that not only back filled the tunnel with normal tamping, but also followed up with a slurry injection to aid in filling any areas not completely filled. Their workers were here when they said they would be here, worked quickly to complete the project ahead of schedule, and returned everything just as it was before they got here. They completed the repair as expected, and there were no surprises on the final bill. I could not have asked for a more professional experience. I NEVER leave reviews for anything because I am too busy, but I could not let this experience go without leaving feedback. If every contractor worked like this, I wouldn't dread doing more projects around the house."

"I have nothing but praise for Sandtech and the work they did my new roof. Robert was helpful from day 1 when he arrived to do the appraisal for USAA insurance. He was flexible with my schedule and the crew that worked on my roof that day was top notch. I was actually concerned about stray nails/roof tacks being left behind in the yard as I have dogs and wouldn't want them picking up any in paws or eating one. They were through and used a metal detector to find any stray nails and left my yard picked up and clear of any debris of old roof. I would recommend them to friends and family and use them again in the future."
